Membership Terms & Conditions:
Monthly recurring membership begins on the first day of the calendar month, and ends on the last day of the month. First time recurring monthly members who join in the middle of the month will be billed for one full month at sign up, and then billed on the last day of the month for the remaining days of the next calendar month. Future billings will occur on the last day of each month for the upcoming month, using the credit card information on file.
Cancellation Policy: Recurring monthly memberships can be cancelled after the 3-month commitment period, with 15 days written notice (via email, phone or in person). Prepaid memberships cannot be cancelled for any reason. Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds or store credit. Prepaid memberships can be paused for up to one month due to travel or injury.
Use of tables and ball machines are subject to availability. Players must rotate every 20 minutes when others are waiting. Courts may not be available in the hours when South Bay Table Tennis is hosting a group class, tournament, or other such events. Members will be photographed at sign-up. This picture will be used by South Bay Table Tennis personnel to verify members on sight. Member pictures will not appear in any public venue.
